The Carbondale Civic Center can provide many types of food and beverages for smaller events of up to 100 people. If you would like something provided that isn't mentioned below or have special requests, please contact the Civic Center Manager at 618-549-5302, ext. 209.

Wake-up Call

Freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, and iced tea.

Cool Splash

Iced-down assortment available in your choice of the following: Pepsi-Cola, Diet Pepsi, 7-Up, orange juice, apple juice, assorted fruit juices, or Aquafina pure spring water.

The Continental

Freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee, orange juice, choice of assorted fruit danishes or donuts, and mini croissants served with creamery butter.

Gourmet Coffees

Choose two from a variety of gourmet coffee selections, Earl Grey Tea, mini petit fours, and tray of distinctive pastries or gourmet tea cookies. We have a very wide variety, please call for selection.

All of the above break options include pitchers of water on tables

Plastic table service may be provided without purchasing an above option including clear, hard plastic cups, small hors d'oeuvre plates, beverage napkins, and plastic flatware.

Coffee service only can be provided at a cost of $12.00/gallon

All break options are self-serve, replenishments are to be called in to the Civic Center Manager

15% gratuity and 7.25% sales tax will be added to each break option

Replenishments must be signed for and will be billed on master billing statement at end of event
